I recently took my team on the Smithfields Secret Street tour with tour guide Shane. The tour was really insightful and thought-provoking. Shane took us all around Smithfields - an area where he was once homeless. Shane's in-depth knowledge of history and his wonderful storytelling ability really brought the streets to life for us. None of our questions went unanswered. Shane's story is very inspiring and his style of storytelling is raw, honest and personal. Our group took a lot from the tour, we experienced the area in a way we had not previously and it really opened our eyes to the many hardships and challenges the homeless face in the city. Highly recommend this tour and it was also great for a team building experience.
